I haven't done an OOTD post for a while so I'm excited to do this one because this time it's featuring one of my favorite clothing brand which is: "Dorothy Perkins".

I always love Dorothy Perkins because I don't know why but every time I went into their store I always imagine that it's my own walk-in wardrobe. Because I just love everything in there! I love their feminine dresses and blouses, their stylish bags and accessories, and also their tops and bottoms. Their style really suits me and it's hard for me to walk by a Dorothy Perkins store without coming inside ;p even though if it's just for looking around.

So to cut things short, I am so excited to be able to collaborate with Dorothy Perkins this time as this is one of my favorite clothing brand. Check out what I picked from the Dorothy Perkins website:

So anyway, as you can see above, I decided to get 3 items from Dorothy Perkins website which are:

I always wanted a leopard print shoes and I needed a new neutral colored bag in smaller size because my current nude bag is a medium big size. 

All the goodies arrived in perfect time, just before my hubby's birthday a while ago in May. So I decided to wear my new goodies for a dinner and shopping day with hubby on his birthday ;)

I wore the leopard print shoes and the nude bag for that day. I paired it with a romantic style blouse and my (also) recently purchased pants. We went out for several hours, I think it was about 6 hours so it's also a perfect time to test out whether the new shoes would hurt my feet or not (since it was my first time ever wearing it).

At the end of the day, it turned out that my feet weren't hurting at all! Usually a new pair of shoes would sometimes hurt our feet when we wore them the first time, right? But these ones certainly not. Well at least for me it's not. So that means I can wear them straight away. They were fine on my feet, no scratch or blisters afterwards too. They feel relatively comfy and pretty sturdy too.

One thing to note is when you order footwear on Dorothy Perkins website, their measurement are true to size. I ordered size UK 3 which is an equivalent to size 35 which I normally wear for a closed/covered shoes, and when they arrived they surprisingly fit perfectly :D

Remember, UK size is different from US sizes, so if you're a US 3 that doesn't mean that you're also a size 3 in UK measurement. Just be sure to see the Size Guide provided at the product's page.

Okay now let's talk about the Ivory Tassel Crossbody Bag. 

I love a nude / neutral colored bag because I can mix n match it with any wardrobe. I already owned a bigger size bag in similar color as this one but I needed a smaller size one to carry around when I have casual events. And I found this one at Dorothy Perkins website and I thought it'sjust perfect ;)

I love the size because it's actually not too small. It's pretty much like a medium small bag. I love the material which is like a soft leather, well according to the website it's actually 100% Polyurethane. I also love the tassel detail and the perforated part at the flap. And surprisingly, this bag can carry A LOT of stuffs inside it!

I opened it up and the inside are big, I love it, because I am that type of person who would carry a lot of junks on their bag ;p 

It has a few slots at the inside and a zippered one at the back of the bag. I love a bag with a lot of compartments ;)

On my hubby's birthday we went to our favorite hang out. It was a work day so I went out to get him some presents first and then I waited for him at Regal Cafe. After a coffee and a snack I took him shopping (he bought 3 DC shirts which were on sale - they usually are expensive), and then we went for dinner at Mr. Curry. I wanted a Salmon Carpaccio (one of my best and most fave food everrr!) and he'd like some hot curry for the night, so we decided to go to Mr. Curry instead >>> because Sushi Tei doesn't serve curry.

It was a lovely night, my hubby was so happy, and my new shoes and bag didn't disappoint me either. All went well and hubby complimented me on my outfit especially the shoes. So thanks a lot to Dorothy Perkins who had helped me made our night a memorable night ;)

I still got one more Dorothy Perkins item to show you which is the Navy Scoop Tee, but I'm gonna make another post about it so stay tune please. I added the navy scoop tee because after filling my cart with the bag and the flat shoes I still have a few dollars on my voucher, so I decided to get one of the cheapest item on the website which is the scoop tee.
