Event: L'Occitane Indonesia 10th Anniversary

5:33:00 AM

L'Occitane Indonesia has kindly invited me to celebrate their 10th Anniversary a couple weeks ago. I arrived quite late (due to bad traffic) to Ratatouille, a french bistro where the event was held. It was a blogger-only event so I get to meet my other blogger friends which I haven't seen in quite a long time ;)

The place was decorated very nicely, just like the last L'Occitane event that I attended. I always love coming to L'Occitane events because they usually put much attention to details: the decor is always very nice, and the food is usually never disappoints. The atmosphere is also very warm and friendly and very inviting at the same time.

When I arrived at the event, Ms. Sarah Damanik, the senior marketing manager from L'Occitane Indonesia was explaining about all the special promos and giveaways that they held in their twitter and facebook page to celebrate their 10th years anniversary in Indonesia.

Yes, you read it right. L'Occitane is giving away prizes etc for all their fans and customers as a thank you note for supporting their 10 years here in Indonesia. The PR / Marketing team from L'Occitane also held a small fun quiz for the bloggers at the event. And at the end we got to eat the birthday cake too!

I always love L'Occitane products especially their body care line. Their soaps and hand creams are amazing and I heard that their shampoos are pretty good too. L'Occitane is definitely one of my favorite french brand, not only for the quality but also for their packaging too (I'm a packaging-"whore", remember? LOL).

All of their products that I have tried before never disappoint me, and there are some products that are constantly on my wish list too. I would love to try all their bath and body care products if i could, LOL. If only I was born with a silver spoon and don't have to worry about shopping budget ;p

Here are some of their best-seller products that you should try:

Thank you so much L'Occitane Indonesia for inviting us to the event, it is such a privilege to be able to celebrate your anniversary with your team and all of the other beauty bloggers too.

Congratulations on your 10th Anniversary!
Wishing you more success in future years!

If you guys want to have a chance on winning some of their awesome prizes and/or want to be updated on their special promos, go follow their twitter and join their facebook page

Psstt, you can get a free hand cream and you might also win a ticket to Paris !!

Who knows, it might be your luck this time ^__^

You can also read about the last L'Occitane event that I attended which is the launching of the Angelica range here

And if you're interested, there's also a full review post that I made for the Angelica products. If you have dry skin or combination-dry skin, then you might probably want to give the Angelica range a try. You can read my full review here.

The rain started to pour when the event was about to end, and I was literally running under the rain when I went out of the building, crossing the street to the eatery nearby where hubby parked his car. He picked me up with an umbrella but our umbrella was too small for 2 persons and the rain keeps on getting bigger so both our clothes were wet and my wedges got ruined. Yep, the rain ruined my wedge shoes into a condition that I couldn't wear anymore :(

Well, it was very old anyway, I got it since more than 5 years ago so I think it was just about time for it to retire. It was sad to say buhbye to these St.Yves wedges. But that also means that I got a new space for a new one, LOL ;p

 Cheers,
