New Stuffs: MUA + ASOS hauls

9:57:00 AM

I know I'm on a shopping ban starting last January, meaning: I have to reduce my shopping allowance deeply and try not to buy things as much as my budget allows me to. But these are special purchases that I just couldn't missed ;p

Recently ASOS and MUA (Make Up Academy) were having a huge sale that I just couldn't let go. I mean, these offers don't come really often. ASOS were having their special sale up to 70% OFF + Free Shipping; and MUA were also having their super huge 50% OFF + Free Shipping too!

So of course I just couldn't missed that, right? I mean if I missed that sale I might not be able to get the same offer again until months later or maybe even until next year, right? >> [justification ;p]

Anyway, since I am still in a shopping ban so I didn't get much things from the ASOS sale. I also sort of looking for the cheapest things they have on the website, LOL.. Meanwhile, MUA items were already so cheap (palettes for only £4 ) and with the 50% Off sale they were just only £2 each!! Amazing sale! And with International free shipping too!

So here's what I got from ASOS:
River Island Pink Clutch
Cath Kidston Mini Starter Set

I love that I can buy Cath Kidston stuffs from ASOS because I've been a fan of Cath Kidston prints and patterns. Very vintage romantic, I must say..

I was also in need of a pink bag because I just realized that I actually wore quite a lot of pink outfits lately but I don't have any pink bag to wear them with. So when I saw that this clutch from River Island was on a deep sale, I immediately picked it up ^o^

The weird thing is, I haven't used this clutch at all since the day I received it ;p Well, maybe I'll wear it tomorrow then..

Cath Kidston is one of my all-time favorite designers. She designs lots of things including decorative things, interiors such as wallpapers, and she also designs bedding set, toiletries, gadget cases, and I think maybe stationary too? Overall, I just love her designs.. pretty pastel colors, vintage florals, very girly and feminine :)

I can only get one Cath Kidston thing on my shopping cart because I can't shop much, remember? So after looking around I decided to get this mini set instead. This super cute mini starter set includes a shower gel + body lotion in three scents: Honeysuckle, Bluebell, and Wild Rose.

So let's move on to MUA stuffs..
I got quite a few stuffs from MUA because they have a minimum purchase of £30, but after the discount it became £15 ;)

This is my first time trying on MUA products so I can't wait until I tried them. All of these stuffs were mostly £1 to £2 each, so that's why I got a handful of them. The lipsticks were only £1, can you believe it? With all the pretty packaging and high pigmentation? Wow.

The ones inside the bubble wraps above are palettes. I bought a pretty blusher and 3 of their eyeshadow palettes. MUA are famous for their eyeshadow palettes because many people raved about their rich pigmentation, so I was most curious to these palettes.

I also bought a few of their makeup brushes because some people say that it's pretty great, and they were on sale too so I thought I'd try them out.

As you can see above, there are 3 eyeshadow palettes. One of them are covered beneath the other one because that is the one that I am gonna include in a giveaway for you guys! Yes, I will make a giveaway soon and I've been accumulating all the prizes now, this MUA palette is gonna be one of the prizes and that's why I covered it up because I don't want to ruin the surprise ;)

I'm planning to have 2 giveaways: one for my Indonesian readers [which will include the surprise palette above], and one for my International readers. So stay tune and subscribe! :)

Anyway, here are the stuffs I bought from MUA:
MUA Intense Kisses Lip Gloss in Lips Are Sealed
MUA Lipstick in shade 3
MUA Lipstick in shade 16 Nectar

MUA 12 Shade Pretty Pastels Palette
MUA 12 Shade Glamour Days Palette
MUA Mosaic Blusher in English Rose

MUA Hide & Conceal Cover Up Stick in "Natural"

MUA F6 Blusher & Contouring Brush
MUA F5 Kabuki Face & Body Brush
MUA E7 Eyebrow / Eyeliner Brush
MUA E6 Eyebrow Brush with Comb

So that's it for my recent hauls. I will be posting my regular monthly hauls soon and will feature these babies again on that post.

Also, don't forget that if you want a chance to win the surprise eyeshadow palette, don't forget to subscribe or follow my twitter because you'll never know when I will post the giveaway ;p

So, did you buy anything from the MUA sale or from the ASOS sale? Lemme know or link your post below on the comment form so I can read it too ;)
