A face mask is one of the steps in an ideal skincare routine, and I always try to incorporate a face mask into my daily routine. Well I don't use face mask daily, but I try to use it 1-3 times a month or depending on my skin condition.

One of my favorite mask is a mud mask. With a mud mask you can get thoroughly clean and refreshed skin because the formula is good for a deep pore-cleansing. It sucks all the dirt and makeup residues that were previously stuck on your pores. In other words, mud mask helps deeply clean your pores to achieve that healthy clean skin you're always looking for.

The texture of the mask itself if like a soft mud in a light green-ish grey color with some dark bits in it. The formula is light and medium-thick with a medium drying time on the face. 

The box said that it's a "10 minutes facial in a jar" - so I left it on for 10 minutes instead and it dries perfectly on my skin in less than 10 minutes.

During application it tightens the skin of your face so it's suggested to not move your face too much. It feels quite comfortable on my skin and does not leave any redness or breakout or itchiness on my combi-oily skin afterwards.

If there's a tingling sensation after several minutes of using this mask, that's perfectly normal. It is said on the box that there might be tingling sensation which is actually a tightening effect on our skin. I do experienced this tingling sensation but it's just a mild tingling and not a hot burning feeling whatsoever.

As the brochure suggested, there are real green tea leaves included in the mask. I actually found several leaves on my first use (if you see big pieces of dark substance on my photo below, that's the real green tea leaves!).

Overall, I really like this mud mask and would keep continue using it especially if I have special occasions or events to attend to. It's an easy 10 minute deep-cleansing mask that delivers great result. This is great for those who have dull skin or tired-looking skin because this mask gives an overall radiant clean skin with healthy complexion.
