Davie and Chiyo Review !

9:50:00 PM

I received this fabulously stylish clutch from Davie and Chiyo the other day and I love it to death! Seriously, this very chic clutch is beyond all my expectations. I mean, I know that davie and Chiyo make a very good clutch but I didn't know that it was THIS good! ^__^

I picked the Leaves Clutch from Davie and Chiyo which has a modern feel to it. What I love most of this clutch is the fabric that they used and the chain style which is amazing to detail. Just look at this clutch when i first open the package, it looks very chic and classy even when it's still in the plastic wrap:

The outer fabric of the clutch is made of heavy cotton with leaves in pretty shades of blues, browns and greens in a cream colored background. It's very soft to the touch and the colors are brilliant, it really pops up! I also love the shiny nickel metal frame and the lining inside is made of 100% dupioni silk in green-ish blue color. It also had three layers of interlining materials which add up to the excellent quality of the clutch.

Although this clutch has colorful patterns but it doesn't mean that it's not versatile. In fact it's very versatile! I have worn it with pretty silk dress to a wedding, and then I wore it with a cute green dress to go to the mall, and it also look cute with jeans! So this clutch is a must-have! You can wear it for formal or casual events. I got many compliments every time I bring it with me. Most people will compliment the soft fabric and the design. It's quite roomy too for a clutch. I could put my cellphone, keys, money, id card, tissue, lipstick, mascara and pressed powder for touch up. In the mean time, I love wearing it with casual outfit and adding another pop-up color to spruce it up.

And not only this particular clutch, almost all of the clutches at Davie and Chiyo are very versatile. Davie and Chiyo is founded in January of 2009 by sisters Fumi and Himi Bull, they specialized in brides and bridesmaids clutches but the truth is most of their clutches are perfect for many occasions.
You can also customized the clutches if you want. You can custom order your clutches to the colors you wanted or you can customized the ruffles, pleats, rosettes and bows in your clutch or you could even add a custom message label inside the clutches so it's perfect for your bridesmaids or for a gift. They also offer fabric samples and color swatches services (and some discounts if you want to order 3 or more clutches, maybe for your bridesmaids?) so that is a really good deal to consider.

You could find Davie and Chiyo on their website or on etsy. You will love it once you set eyes on their clutches. Just look at these beauties:

SWEET DEALS:
Most of Davie and Chiyo clutches are $75 however they offer a 10% off for 3 or more clutches, and 15% off for orders of 6 or more clutches." !

  4. Wow these are really cute and you look so stylish in your outfit show! My only concern would be getting snags on the silk lining with sharp objects like keys?
