Hauls & Freebies : JANUARY 2012

12:41:00 AM

I know it's a day late from what I promised two days ago, but I had a Revlon event yesterday (the Lip Butter launching, finally!!) so I didn't have enough time to made this post yesterday, and that's why I'm posting this today instead.

Continuing my previous post about my December 2011 hauls & freebies, here is my January 2012 Hauls & Freebies. Well actually, there are no freebies this January except for the review stuffs (Boar Bristle Hair Brush from Cover Your Hair and Natural skincare products from Made From Earth). Maybe because I was getting lots of freebies on the month before (December), so in January the fortune goddess decided to give me a break ;p
Anyway, with the non-existence of freebies, all that remains is the Purchases! And here are my first purchases of this year :)

Freebies:
None.

Purchases:
  • Assorted drugstore facial masks
 1st pic (left to right):
NuFace Whitening Series Mask in Anti Aging
Mustika Ratu Tomato Mask
Ovale Cucumber Mask,
Ovale Yam Bean (Bengkuang) Mask
2nd pic (left to right):
NuFace Whitening Series Mask in Revitalizing,
Vivelle Spa Systeme Collagen Yam Bean Mask with virgin coconut oil & olive oil
Garnier Pure Self-Heating Sauna Mask with Zinc

I am currently into face masks nowadays, and I love collecting face mask sheets because they're practical and it's a great way of sampling the mask before buying the full size. And on January I found these random face masks at the supermarket (Carrefour) so I bought them every time I went there to buy my monthly groceries ;)

  • Jewelries from eBay & De Moda
The earrings and the ring are from eBay, the gold bracelet is from De Moda.

I bought the ring for $0.99 + Free Shipping on eBay ! I am currently into chunkier ring right now, so I've been buying a few "big/noticeable rings" these past few weeks. And then I also found this silver bold earrings for also $0.99 + Free Shipping ! - the earrings are a bit flimsy than what I thought it would be, but I think that's even better because it's not heavy on the ears. Score!
And the lavish gold bracelet is an Indian bracelet that my MIL bought for me when we were shopping for some fabrics in De Moda, ITC Fatmawati. It costs around IDR 50000 if I'm not mistaken.

  • Paperdolls ;p
There's always a little girl inside every woman ;)

I love playing paperdolls when I was a child, I've talked about my love for paperdolls in this blog before, and I don't know what hits me but I suddenly want to start re-collecting paperdolls again ;p Apparently paperdolls are very scarce now, and they are surprisingly quite expensive on eBay, so if you know where to get cheap paperdolls like these one (these are IDR 3000 / $0.3 each), lemme know ^o^

  • Vincci Sandals
I bought this Vincci sandals using a voucher that I bought from Groupon, so I only pay about half of the retail price for this purrtty sandals :) I originally wanted to use the voucher to buy a bag but that day I didn't find any bag that I like at the Vincci Senayan City store, so I bought these ivory sandals instead.
  • Rings
Please pardon the wrinkly hand (O my Goodness, I have an old-lady hand, pfft!).

Look at how beautiful the rings are.. They are pretty, right? And they cost me just IDR 10000 each (around $1) !! Yes, I know, it's crazy how a cheapo ring could look that pretty ;) I found them in one of the small stalls in front of the DVD stalls that scattered around Poins Square.
I told you that I'm currently into big rings, right? They're the perfect accessories if you're too lazy to wear necklaces and/or dangly earrings. You just put on one of this bold ring, and you're ready to go and make an entrance ;)

  • Zara Shorts
And last but not least, I bought a black Zara shorts on the last day of January. I just realized that my shorts stocks are very limited, I only have two presentable shorts that I can wear outside of my house, seriously. So I thought it's time to buy a new one. I've bought a Zara shorts before and I loved it so much, i think it's the only shorts that I wore outside of my house most of the time :
(white Zara shorts)
So it is no wonder if I choose to buy Zara shorts again, this time a black one with different model. Unfortunately I forgot to check about the pockets when I bought it, so when I found out at home that this black shorts doesn't have pockets I was a bit disappointed, because i love pockets in shorts (boo..hoo..), but it's okay, I'll try to be a big girl bcause big girls don't cry, right? ;p

Okay, that's a wrap! If you want to read all of my "Hauls & Freebies" posts, just click here and keep scrolling down on that page.

Hasta la Vista, Baby ;)
